St. Mary's County MD - June 2025.

It is a great day to be a Knight! OAG is pleased to announce that Saint Mary's Ryken High School in Leonardtown MD has been chosen as the site for Offshore Aviation OA-2E Phoenix opportunity site.

SMR students will embark on a program supported financially by OAG which will provide equipment and apprentice engineers to build military style drones on the SMR campus.

Seven students who will be part of the pilot program next week. Each is about to embark on a journey which will continue to build their confidence and provide them insight to the opportunities that await them in the future.

The OA-2E aircraft that the students build starting next week, will be completed, and enter flight testing in April with the exciting goal of acceptance and delivery to the US military in the Summer of 2025.

OAG is excited to bring this opportunity to SMRHS and we hope that it will become both a source of pride for the student community and a benefit to the proud men and women who serve our country.

OAG provides UAS manufacturing and manned aviation support services including aircraft for multiple missions including training and mission support, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, and air transportation services.

Bringing manufacturing jobs and additional aviation support services to the SMR campus Maryland will be an opportunity to introduce students to OAG's Maritime Support Services and UAS manufacturing based in Piney Point and Valley Lee Maryland.
