Robert Hicks is the Founding Member and CEO of OAG. He is a combat veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force as F-16C Fighter Pilot for 10 years. He was an F/A-18 IPT LEAD for the NAVY, and project lead for DARPA, and leads OffshoreUAS, Offshore Diagnostics, and Offshore Aviation companies.
COO
Steve Dallaire, USN 0-6 (Ret) and COO of OAG. He is a combat veteran, F/A-18 squadron commander and lead acquisition manager for the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet in partnership with Boeing. He is a skilled program lead, business development manager and former Top Gun instructor.
CFO/GC
Joe is Chief Financial Officer and General Council at OAG, he worked 24 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a Senior Managing Director with PwC's national Specialty Tax Services group. Prior to joining Pw, Joe practiced law in North Carolina, and he maintains an active law license.
VP
Ron is Vice President of OAG. He served in the U.S. Navy for 27 years, 20 of which he was in the SEAL teams. For fifteen years, he was an operator and leader at the Counter-Terrorism organization. Mahrs deployed into combat 14 times in a Tier 1 capacity. Ron holds two masters' degrees in business earned after serving.
Director of OffshoreUAS
Paul is the Director of OffshoreUAS. He has an extensive background in Engineering, research and development, engineering leadership, design for production, finite element analysis (FEA), mechanical testing, manufacturing management, cost analysis, product definition, procurement, supply chain management and logistics.
Director of Marine Operations
Lachlan leads Offshore Aviation Group’s marine operations with a hands-on, results-driven approach. A graduate of the California Maritime Academy and a licensed 2nd Mate Unlimited Oceans and Master 1600 GRT, he has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects for both defense and commercial clients. Known for his teamwork and can-do attitude, Lachlan builds strong, cohesive teams that get the job done right.
